This event is incredibly fun for the food, culture, and activities for the kids. Last year there were more than 5,000 people and Katrina sold out. Estimates are running higher for this year.

As most of you already know, On September 29 I will be closing down A Bowl of Good, located inside of Kate’s Natural Products. I have been located there since February 2005, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time there making “healthy, hearty food with an international zing.”
