A Bowl of Good in the DNR

about the Friendly City Food Co-op Feb Fest in the local section.  I guess it’s better late than never, but we were wondering if this excellent event was going to get any ink.  Rachael and Katrina was at the center of the party providing a selection of their salads on locally grown lettuce, and salsas and chips in their “Nacho-Falls” display.

A good time was had by all and we estimate over a 500 people were in attendance.  It was kind of neat to see a representation of so many demographics there.  We felt privileged to be a part of it.
