Ramp Season! Any sources for ingredients?

It’s ramp season and in West Virgina they are urr… ramping up for the big hunt.  A couple of years ago we joined in with some locals in harvesting them, our parents cleaned them (and suffered from the powerful garlic/onion smell), and we included them on some pizzas and bread.  They kind of look like this:
