After a two-week vacation and time of rest, we are back and ready to serve you! In the picture above you see Rachael and Katrina sporting Ghanian dresses given to them by Elizabeth who recently visited Ghana. Elizabeth cooks the awesome Ghanian Chicken and Peanut stew generally served on Saturdays. She reports that she valiantly rooted for the United States as they took on Ghana in the World Cup (she ended up making herself scarce during the game due to overly fanatic soccer fans).
Today’s special is the “the perfect summer meal” – Fresh Local Sweet Corn on the Cob served with Basil Pesto, Pasta and a side of sliced local Tomatoes on Greek salad.
