Tonight at the market Katrina will be there selling fresh Eggplant Parmesean: Lightly roasted Eggplant with our homemade local tomato sauce topped with mozarella.
She will also have: Curried (local) Goat meat over white jasmine rice. A perfect compliment to summer vegetables. Fresh local red bell peppers stuffed with local ground beef, rice, onions and all of summer’s best herbs.
